Damaged Inventory

  • Click on Products from the left menu
  • Go to Inventory

Steps to mark damaged inventory

  1. Click on the small arrow next to the “pencil” icon corresponding to the particular product
  2. From the drop down menu, select Mark Damaged
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the number of items that are damaged
  4. Click on Submit to update the changes

Steps to resolve damages

  1. Click on the small arrow next to the “pencil” icon corresponding to the particular product
  2. From the drop down menu, select Resolve Damage
  3. In the pop-up window, update the number of items that have been fixed or discarded. As you update the number, the number of items that are waiting to be resolved will be automatically updated
  4. Click on Submit to update the changes
