Navigation
- Click on Products from the left menu
- Go to Inventory
Steps to mark damaged inventory
- Click on the small arrow next to the “pencil” icon corresponding to the particular product
- From the drop down menu, select Mark Damaged
- In the pop-up window, enter the number of items that are damaged
- Click on Submit to update the changes
Steps to resolve damages
- Click on the small arrow next to the “pencil” icon corresponding to the particular product
- From the drop down menu, select Resolve Damage
- In the pop-up window, update the number of items that have been fixed or discarded. As you update the number, the number of items that are waiting to be resolved will be automatically updated
- Click on Submit to update the changes
