Resetting your Account

During Free Trial

During your free trial, you can reset all data including orders, products, facilities and channels by navigating to:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Subscriptions & Billing under Account Settings.
  3. Click on Reset Data.

Post-Trial Period

Please write to support@primaseller.com in case you wish to reset your data after the trial period. We will reset it in 24 hours after taking sufficient backups of your data.
